Practice Groups
Our Practice Groups revolve around four core aspects of our office: Community, Tech, Education, and Culture. Each practice group is broken down into subcommittees, where we focus on specific topics. Everyone is invited to participate in as many committees as they are interested in. Find your passion and follow it.
TECH
Develop tools to assist the staff in doing their work more accurately and more efficiently.
EDUCATION
Curate programs to educate and train our staff.
COMMUNITY
Plan activities to encourage interaction among staff.
CULTURE
Engage in activities to monitor, preserve, and perpetuate the LA Structural culture.

We believe that everyone can contribute to grow and develop.
We engage in a 360° review process for every employee at least once per year. Additionally, all staff - from interns to Principals - has certified CoreStrengths training for relationship intelligence and Crucial Conversations for communication skills.
